I like Temco Air’s purple survey postcards that I use every time a technician is at my home. I can be candid and honest, and anonymous if I choose. The postcards are prestamped. I simply take a minute to add my comments and I pop it in the mail. I know they are reading their surveys because I have received a call from management on a potential problem, which turned out to not be an issue. I like that in a company!
