Did you know that Temco Air sends every new technician on a service call to my grammy's house for an evaluation? The techs don't know they are at my grandparents' house, and that my grammy and grampy are
instructed to "give the tech a hard time". If the new technician passes the "grandparents" test, they are then ready to send to YOUR house. My grammy's dog, Angel, must also make sure the new tech likes dogs! That's very important... at least to ME!

Studies show that over half of home heat pumps and air conditioners are oversized. Although a larger cooling unit may seem like a good idea, oversized cooling units cost more to buy and operate and actually don't do as good a job of keeping you comfortable year-round as a properly sized unit.

MONEY SAVING TIPS

To remove old wax from a glass candle holder, put it in the freezer for a few hours Then take the candle holder out and turn it upside down. The wax will fall out.

Use vertical strokes when washing windows outside and horizontal for inside windows.This way you can tell which side has the streaks.

To clean artificial flowers, pour some salt into a paper bag and add the flowers. Shake vigorously. The salt will absorb all the dust and dirt and leave your artificial flowers looking like new! Works like a charm!
