Before any technician is sent to a customers house, they must pass the in-laws test first. Every new technician is sent on a service call to Cathy’s parents’ house for an evaluation. The techs don’t know they are at the owner’s parents’ house, and her parents are instructed to “give the tech a hard time”. If they pass the “Bob and Louie” test, we know they are then ready to send to our customers’ homes.
